Msky values your business and strives to keep all transactions as smooth as possible. In-store and online policies are separate. For in-store return policies, please see your store receipt or speak with a cashier.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our online return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. All returned merchandise (within 30 days) can be processed for a refund or online store credit. Items purchased with a PROMOTIONAL SALE CODE are valid ONLY for store credit or exchange (depending on availability). PLEASE NOTE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR REFUND PROCESSED ON YOUR RETURN SHEET. If your return processing method is not marked on the return form, we will automatically process your return as store credit- if you would like your money back onto original payment, you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours. Due to limited sizing, we cannot exchange items. If an exchange is required, please re-purchase the correct sized item and return the previous order.
Msky reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for any Final Sale or promotional sale items returned.
Return shipping must be paid on the customers expense. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a clear photo of the area that is damaged and email this to our Support Team (Support@shopmsky.com) along with a brief description of the damage and your order number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email Support@shopmsky.com within 2 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
RETURNED TO SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES
This can happen if 1) an address is invalid or missing information 2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package 3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Msky does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Msky reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing tags; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Msky reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to the similar actions as noted above. Non-Msky items or refused items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
*Return shipping on any of these actions must be paid on the customers expense.
Accessories, cosmetics, bodysuits, jewelry, leggings, and all Final Sale items may not be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
This excludes items purchased during a promotional sale- Promotional Sale items returned are only eligible for store credit.
Note: Should you choose to return a Final Sale item, Msky reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee so long as the item is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy and is in resalable condition.
For any order discrepancies please contact customer service within 48 hours upon receiving package.
When shipping back a return:
On your return form, check off the items you wish to return, list the return reason code(s), and make sure to mark how you would like your refund ( store credit or money back onto original payment). Please note: returns for store credit are processed free of charge, however, returns for money back onto original payment will deduct $5.99 as a restocking fee.
Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
Please note that we do not offer pre-paid labels (unless otherwise spoken to), therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a e-gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit no exceptions. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount that was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.
