WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items purchased online may NOT be exchanged in Msky stores. Online purchase issues must be dealt strictly through the Webstore Customer Care. Returns and/or exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping must be paid for at customer’s expense. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.I RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONGLY SHIPPED, WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?

If the, "How To Process Payment" section on the Return Form is left blank, we will automatically process it as store credit. If that needs to be altered, customer must call within 48 hours to be eligible for Refund To Original Payment. ALL SALE ITEMS INCLUDING MERCHANDISE BOUGHT DURING PROMOTIONAL SALE PERIOD(S) CAN ONLY BE RECEIVED AS STORE CREDIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
